Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and brother Sosthenes, 2 to the church of God that is in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be holy with all those who in any place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours: 3 Grace and peace to you, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 4 I thank my God always for you, for the grace of God that was given to you in Christ Jesus; 5 because in all things you were enriched in him, in every word and in all science; 6 just as the testimony about Christ has been confirmed in you, 7 in such a way that you lack nothing in any gift, waiting for the manifestation of our Lord Jesus Christ; 8 who will also establish you to the end, so that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 Faithful is God, by whom you were called to communion with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
